Citarella

We have a tiny fridge in our mini apartment and three visits a week to Citarella keeps us well fed and happy. They adjoin a Fairway market to round out our food shopping.

Great store. Some of the best fish I have ever had. Also a very nice meat department Staff friendly and helpful.

My favorite cake shop. Picked a birthday cake for a young girl and they wrapped it beautifully. It was delicious for all to share. Most importantly, the staff at the bakery section is always welcoming and efficient. A great place to buy reasonably priced cakes for parties or gifting.

Good food selection but prices are quite high despite the quality

This is our go to for seafood in the area. Always a fresh and rotating selection. The fishmongers know what may be best for your palate and needs. Their selection of oysters also changes and if there's a type you'd really want they can easily bring them in.

I live this supermarket! You smell the freshness of everything: fruits and veggies, flowers, fish, even in the food bar where the meals are so well prepared!

A very large and diversified fish section with knowledgeable fish-mongers. What I would like to see: fresh chicken options (not just a smattering of packaged products) and a LOT less mayo in their pre-made salads in the refrigerator case.

Fish quality is amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is crowded and a bit disorganized. Kinda like how fairway can be if that makes since. The charm and quality make up for it though

Expensive. Mostly their own labeled goods. Meat and fish looked super nice and fresh.
